The roots of KSE was founded in 1973 as a firm of electrical engineers, serving local customers in the green houses, stables and animal feed manufacturers.
The integration of Alfra Doseer- en Weegsystemen BV to KSE on 1 January 1997 was increasing the international operations of KSE. In its 67-year history Alfra, a specialist in the field of weighing and dosing systems, has acquired a reputation for its ideal solutions for the accurate weighing and dosing of dry matter.
Established in 1898, J. van den Berg & Zn. Waddinxveen BV is a company with a long termed experience in mill building. Later on J. van den Berg & Zn. Waddinxveen BV acquired a track-record in engineering and erecting installations on a turn-key base in the field of amongst others premix, food and construction materials. In January 2001, the company and its workforce of around 60 became a member of the KSE Group. The group thereby increased know-how in mixing processes in the field of powder technology, but also in all aspects of product processing like crushing, milling, sieving, dosing, storage of raw materials and mechanical and pneumatic internal transport systems.
By integrating the solid know-how and long-termed experience of all companies mentioned, including a wide range of technology and a number of markets, and combining it with the service network, KSE has developed into a multidisciplinary company.
