Fartech was born in the 2000 from the encounter of the Ing. Francesco Branco with the entrepreneurial group Solla, founded by Raffaele and Antonio Solla, with the objective to develop some innovative ideas in the field of the enology.
In a short time, with the associates' thirty years experience in the construction of systems and machines of general employment, the company has matured important know-how and today it is in a position to offer one range of absolutely innovative machinery for the working of the grape.
The researches carried out over the years with the collaboration of the University, and the great number of patents deposited, has convinced other entrepreneurs to address Fartech, for the planning and realization of special machines.
Fartech currently produces and commercializes oenological continuous pressing system, totally innovative, exclusively dedicated to the white choice wine production, and a rotating press of new conception, completely automated, that allows to halve the necessary time to the winemaking improving the quality of the product.
It has realized, moreover, some special machines covered from patents, for other companies in the agricultural and food field.
