1963年Berchi诞生时在专业瓶子小型灌装线元件生产领域位居第三。1965年制造了第一台Berchi装盒机。1970年制造出第一台Berchi托板堆码机。1971年Berchi开始出口。1980年其出口首次超过了在意大利的销售。1990年Berchi成为整线的“主要承包商”。1994年Berchi集团诞生：Berchi并购Parmatec并且成为包装整线和瓶子灌装整线的生产商。1999年Berchi集团推出新的商标，给Parmatec的Berchi共同使用。1999年Berchi变为有限责任公司。2004年Berchi与Parmatec正式融合：Berchi集团有限责任公司诞生。
