MF has been producing bakery equipment and supplies for the past twenty years, first with technical assistance in addition to equipment and testing for bakeries. MF is now also a second hand pastry shop supplier, with reconditioned pastry machines and ovens.
In a separate department, machines and ovens are re-manufactured, starting from their total disassembling up to their final painting; after a careful check up of all the parts that need to be substituted, all machines and ovens are re-assembled with all the safety accessories needed to follow the current world standards and regulations, thus giving the maximum guarantee of the job performed.
Since a few years ago, following their research and development plans and strong of the experience made, together with the second hand machine business MF began manufacturing an innovative range of machines and ovens for Bakery, Pastry, Fresh Pasta and Pizza shops, offering a wide range to meet the needs of the small artisan laboratory up to large industrial installations.
MF, with its know-how and experience, is widely recognized and appreciated also for the flexibility and the easy handling of its equipment. This is the reason why MF has, among its clients, large bakery factories both in Italy and abroad, both in the bakery and in the confectionery business for the production of the Italian Christmas cakes called panettone and pandoro.
