Alit is based in Marsango, north Padova, an area of high-density industry. The company was formed by a 40-year old group itself a specialist manufacturer of food processing systems. Years of intensive activity have led Alit’s staff to perfect and fine-tune reliable and versatile, technologically advanced and automated system to be used for product handling, cooling, freezing, proofing, pasteurising, seasoning and heating.
The proposed program covers a full range of products and work processes which is the result of the large experience of Alit’s designers and engineers. Flexibility and reliability are the most important factors in Alit’s strategy, its system allows to be installed and adapted to existing production lines as well as to make new lines with a big space-reduction.
