Located in Winchester, Massachusetts, Gefran ISI, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of the Gefran Group. Gefran ISI’s history dates back to 1987, when it was founded as the former “ISI”, (Industrial Sensors, Inc.), a manufacturer of melt pressure transducers, transmitters and gauges for the plastics extrusion industry. Following its acquisition by Gefran Spa in 1999 the company name changed to Gefran ISI, Inc., and now provides sensing and control solutions to various automation and manufacturing market sectors such as the plastics, rubber, packaging, medical, food processing and system integration industries.
