On its way from the grasslands on the table the milk goes through a lot of transformatios; ACRAM works just on the initial part of this journey when the milked and cool-stored milk is conveyed in the collection truck and transported to the dairy plant. When it is loaded into the tank the milk changes its owner, between the farmer and the dairy a "commercial transaction" has been effected. The law says that government approved metering instruments must be used for quantity determination. Those instruments are calibrated under supervision and presence of a public metering inspector.
In the past ACRAM has faced problems in many sectors others than milk. One of those sectors has grown up to a point to gain Acram attention: the wine sector has given it the chance to use its ability in stainless steel works combined with the capacity of developing an entire project of process automation for wineries in all its parts, mechanics, hydraulics, electrics electronics and software.
