The meat industry is speeding ahead, changing and growing. To keep
pace, Eurocarne 2006, in its 23rd year, was completely redesigned.
Eurocarne 2006 offered the entire spectrum of technology that was
available for the meat industry, starting with the slaughtering
process, and following each production phase to the store counter top.
In addition to the entire meat cycle, there was a substantial extension
to the exhibition, addressing fish processing and the latest
refrigeration technology.
