Cellografica Gerosa can meet all market requests, as it can registercoat solvent-less, solvent-based and cold seal adhesives for laminated film from 2 to 4 layers. Furthermore, the company can process a wide range of flexible materials, even of very high grammage (above 200 micron), and can guarantee top quality coating and laminating.
For customer’s guarantee, all laminating machines of the department feature air conditioning and are protected against insect contamination by means of air knives and pressurization by means of double doors.
The new laminating unit in particular is devoted to the production of triple structures with aluminium, since it has been designed for coating thin aluminium; however, it can also print in one colour with double lamination in a single pass. Thanks to our extensive machine range we can process different kinds of materials and products.
