The milk and cheese sector needs a floor with characteristics of durable resistance to corrosive substances of detergents and process residue: lactic acid, nitric acid and caustic soda which corrode the floor, penetrating through the microfessures and along to corrode the fixture of the finishing layer damaging it slowly.
To satisfy the conditions of use of the flooring, the klinker tiles and the epoxy resins mix for the sealing of the joints has to assure: resistance to loads (distribuited or concentrated), resistance to bending, to heat fluctuations, to wear and abrasion, to aggressive agents and be easily washable and not slippery, but allowing the drainage of liquids thanks to a studied stainless steel drainage system.
