More than 4500 visitors, coming from hundreds of different companies, could appreciate the machines showed at Coesia stand at Interpack, located on over 2000 mq2 and representative of 10 out of 14 companies of the group. Among these AcmaVolpak, company specialized in designing and commercialization of solutions for fast-‐moving consumer goods, whose machines raised the interest of over 1100 visitors during the seven-‐days exhibition. The strength of the group The success of AcmaVolpak and the Coesia Group’s participation to the Düsseldorf exhibition goes beyond simple numbers. The on view solutions, in addition to raising the interest of clients, workers in sector and specialized media, proved the potentialities of a group capable of operating in an integrated and global perspective, giving tailor made solutions to the four corners of the Earth, maintaining a constant contact with the client, up to follow him step by step over all the developmental stages of the product, from the creation of the packaging to its introduction on the market. Acma: advanced technology for the fast moving consumer goods One of the most meaningful presence in the Coesia booth was the complete line for coffee, made by the Acma Qi320 capsule filler, in line with the brand new Acma MiniWrapper and the R.A Jones Legacy3, the latter dedicated to the secondary packaging, all moved through FlexLink conveyor systems. It was a perfect example of integration between technological solutions devolped by different group’s companies, applied to a very important and growing sector such as the coffee. A great interest was also gained by the Tecnomeccanica T4 Modula, a machine to realize double chamber “knotted” bags. Last but not least, the solutions for the confectionery and bakery sectors, namely: the Sp1 flowpacker, in line with an advanced feeding unit, and the M888, patented multi style automatic wrapping machine, both fast and flexible, suitable for a wide range of pre-‐formed candies and chocolate products. Volpak solutions for flexible packaging Volpak machines were equally appreciated because of their top performances, as well as for their customizing options. The technological field in which the Spanish company operates – the development of flexible packagings – has many applications in such sectors such as the Food and Chemical, and it requires high specialization and flexibility. Such features were shown both by the Volpak SC-‐190, part of the new range of HFFS machines with continuous motion technology, and by the Volpak SI-‐280, designed to maximize overall equipment effectiveness, capable of working also in triplex configuration. Volpak, thorough is brand Enflex, presented also the STD-‐22, the ideal equipment for the client who looks for ease of use and low maintenance cost.
