Among its numerous solutions for product identification and traceability, ALTECH presents a system for labelling jars and bottles.
The system can label products with rather different shapes: round and rectangular bottles as well as cylindrical and hexagonal jars with wraparound body labels and tamper-proof seals on the caps.
This ALline unit sets itself apart for its peculiar bottle orientation system that rotates the bottles without stopping them, in order to ensure the correct alignment of the seal on the body label. As the bottle diameter may vary, the system can be set in order to manage various combinations of product labels.
The machine is also equipped with a hot printing unit for marking the labels with production batches for identification and tracking purposes.
