In recent years Tecnoceam has developed technologically performing solutions to meet the needs of the market related to the production of vegetal-based sauces such as pestos (of fresh basil “alla Genovese”, dried tomatoes, etc.),
creams, pates (of olives, eggplants, mushrooms, etc.), legume hummus
, especially for short storage.

This range of equipment includes stand-alone machines for medium productions, suitable for the treatment of fresh vegetables, their cooking and mixing with other ingredients according to various recipes.
