Smart sloped belts crossed by vertical belts:
This tailor-made solution has been designed to face very high production capacities or products incoming by lanes instead of rows. A special sloped belt gives the products a given transversal pitch, then with an acceleration belt we create the space for the vertical belts interception.
The system can handle any number of lanes either singles or merging the intercepted lanes toward the required number of wrapping legs.

This last way of feeding products is reserved for those particular productions whenever we face random incoming products or difficult shapes or special requests in term of formats.
A set of delta robot cells guided by vision systems are place among the incoming belt and pick & place the products free from every constriction in terms of arrival position.
The number of robots required is bound to the production capacity and to the product characteristics
