The croissant machines are developed to produce a wide product variety for mid-d to any industrial bakery. Capacities of up to 150 rows per minute are achieved. Product capacities of Croissant machines go up to 165,000 pieces per hour, for unfilled Croissants at special dedicated Croissant lines. Capacities for filled croissants can go up to 54,000 pieces per hour, filled C-shaped croissants at 48,000 pieces per hour while unfilled the capacity of our Croissant machine can go up to 72,000 pieces per hour. Unfilled pinched croissant go up to 50,400 pieces per hour, and filled we reach capacities of 42,000 pieces per hour.

 Croissants were among the very first Rademaker bakery production lines. Already for several decades, Rademaker is the recognized worldwide leader in croissant production lines. Our new croissant machine guarantees the highest production capacities at excellent quality. The fully automated lines represent our latest expertise and technology, resulting in a major reduction of manufacturing costs for frozen and fresh baked applications. Practically all different types and s of croissant can be produced: straight, bent, filled, small or big croissants, typical Italian and Spanish Artisan style and Long shelf life croissants. All type of fillings can be applied; sweet or savory, semi-liquid and solid fillings, but also double fillings (duo-color). It is even possible to inject your fillings after baking when required.
