The company designs and builds lines for managing hot filled cups and pouches. Nowadays's trend of our customers is to use flexible vs rigid bottles and cans. The company therefore has developed spiral systems for pasteurizing, cooking and cooling (TWIST serie) suitable to work by water or by air, depending on the packaging , product filled, type of application, customer’s location .

The spiral towers are the appropriate answer to the upcoming requestes of space savings, operations cost saving, energy saving, optimization of different thermal cycles, reliability and total flexibility.

The Twist serie are able to perform as cookers, coolers, but also as provers, freezers, dryers in different industries.

The TWIST serie could be tailored upon each customer’s requirement as well as type of processing.

Among the pasteurizing and cooking systems we have:

Twist Water Pasteurizer, model TWP: it’s mainly used for caps, bags and pouches or generally for products which need to be cooked, pasteurized or simply need an hot holding by using hot water. Max pasteurization temperatures are 98°C - 99°C.

Twist Air Pasteurizer, model TAP: it’s mainly used for caps, bags and pouches or generally for products which need to be cooked, pasteurized or simply need an hot holding by using hot air. Particularly recommended in applications where water is not applicable or expensive to provide. Operation temperatures could be above 120 °C.

Twist Steam Pasteurizer, model TSP: it’s particularly designed for products which require a thermal pasteurization or even an hot holding by using direct steam. Max pasteurization temperatures are 99°C - 100°C.

Twist Proofer, model TP: it’s used for products which require a rising cycle. The system is designed following certain parameters of temperature and humidity set in order to favor the correct rising process of the product itself.

Twist Dryer, model TD: it’s used for products which require a long drying process. The continuous heating of the air combined with a controlled humidity is the main concept behind this system.

Among the cooling systems we have:

Twist Water Cooler, model TWC: it’s mainly used for caps, bags and pouches or generally for products which need to be cooled by using cold water.

The system is designed to perform with water available from chillers, cooling towers or wells.

Twist Air Cooler, model TAC: it’s mainly used for caps, bags and pouches or generally for products which need to be cooled by using cold air. Particularly recommended in applications where air is not applicable or expensive to provide. It can reach working temperatures even close to 0 ° C.

Twist Cooler, model TC: it’s used for those products that require a gentle cooling cycle by air at ambient temperature, particularly used in the confectionery or bakery industry.

Twist Freezer, model TF: it’s used for freezing fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, bakery and delicatessen. The system produces flows of cold air at -40°C / -45°C (according to the power supplied) generating the freezing.

Twist Compact Freezer, model TCF: the main concept is the same of the Twist Freezer, but it’s more compact and it could be delivered completely pre-assembled.

The company’s today’s activity includes not only the manufacture of machines and complete lines to process fruit and vegetables into semi-finished products, but also process lines for finished products.
