The company designs and manufactures equipment for portioning products based on fruit, vegetables, sauces or even pre-cooked rice, combining different solutions such as vegetables, meat, cheese or mixtures containing creams.

EasyCUBE arises from the need of having pre-portioned vegetables like spinach, chicory, turnip greens, endive, etc..

The equipment can be completed with a dosing system to enrich the portions with creamy toppings made from milk, cheese or tomato sauces.

The portions may have different shapes and s ranging from a minimum of 10g to a maximum of 500 g per single serving.

The portions shapes can be customized as cubic, rectangular, cylindrical, half moon, star, etc., they are all easy to manage.

The high yield, in addition to a variety of different applications on raw materials with whole leaf, chopped at room temperature or even crystallized, make EasyCUBE the ideal machine for portioning frozen products.
