ICI Caldaie produces a wide range of food industry steam boilers.

Fire tube food industry steam boilers manufactured as either three-pass or reverse flame type. The offer includes equipment for the production of instantaneous steam at low and high pressure.
All boilers can be combined with the global security systems (GSS) allowing them to be operated unmanned (up to 72 hours, i.e. arrangement 3.).
The steam generation rates are between 50 and 32,000 kg/h.

The construction features high water volume and high energy content, a characteristic that allows you to make variable steam withdrawals with uneven loads. The vapour quality is very high thanks to special technical measures adopted to prevent trailing of water droplets at steam collection.

The combustion chamber, completely designed and built internally, was created so as to obtain very low volumetric thermal loads to meet the most stringent European standards in terms of harmful emissions into the atmosphere (NOx).

The flue gas channels were designed and d to ensure a high coefficient of heat exchange, in order to achieve high combustion efficiency.

It was established in 1958 as a manufacturing company for the production of steel boilers with a high content of water for industrial processes. This is a sector in which it currently holds a worldwide leadership position by providing medium and high power generators for the production of high efficiency energy in the residential and industrial sectors.
