Case History: BBM Delivers a Refurbished OCME Vega X30V
BBM Packaging Solutions recently supplied a fully refurbished and customized OCME Vega X30V bundler to a food canning company in Eastern Europe. The system, originally built in 2004, was adapted to the customer’s production needs, which range from processing tomatoes and legumes to sauces, jams, and oils.
The machine offers high versatility, handling tray + shrink-film packaging for cans, PET bottles, and glass containers, with configurable edges for branding, as well as easy maintenance and format changeovers. The Vega X30V was tested for a 6×4 can format, achieving a productivity of 30 packs per minute, and integrated with adjustable conveyors to improve container handling.
