The firm ITALPAN was established in 1988 and its activity spread into the sector of artisan bakery machinery. The firm’s headquarter is in Schio, in the province of Vicenza.

The firm soon specialised in the production of: Spiral Mixers, breadsticks Machines, Sheeters, Flour Sieve SF-100, Bread Mill MAC 100, Bench Bread Slicer, Automatic Machine with Sheeter, Taralli Warmer ST, Sheeter moulder with 2 cylinders, Sheeter moulder with 4 cylinders, Baguette Moulder, Horizontal slicer. These machinery stand out thanks to their simplicity combined with high reliability and quality.

The firm can supply small artisans to medium industry with machines suitable for already working plants; in fact, Italpan counts among its clients the most important producers of machinery and ovens present on both the domestic and international markets.

On the home market, Italpan mark is greatly renowned on account of the dependability of its products as well as its highly reliable sales approach aiming and satisfying clients.

Italpan’s point of strength is represented by its sieves for flour and breadsticks machines; the latter range from bench and home bread-sticks machines up to automatic machines with capacity of 60/70 kg/hour.

There are two types of breadsticks machines.

The automatic breadsticks machines Gr25/A it’s mass-supplied with adjustable press so as to make even the thickness of dough when entering in the die.
The cut of dough can be carried out by manual electric control or through programming by timer for continuous duty.
All surfaces in touch with dough are in Stainless Steel.
Output can achieve 50 kg per hour.
Diese are easily interchangeable with the only intervention on two knobs.
The speed of the exit belt is regulable for being adapted to every type of product in order to avoid stretching or accumulation of dough.
The assembling system on the trolley has been studied so as to obtain a minimum volume of space in rest position
In addition to the die supplied on delivery (to be stated when ordering) various models are available by request: 

  • Mod. C Ø 4 to Ø 24 
  • Mod. B (for biscuits) having a thickness 3 to 12 mm 
  • Mod. S (for rolled pasta dough) having a thickness 3 to 12 mm

Dies are easily interchangeable with the intervention of two knobs.

Unlike Mod. GR/25 A, Mod. L is equipped with:

  •  Die with 73 Ø roller (instead of 40 Ø) to aid the passage of different types of dough.
  • 1900 mm delivery belt so that several cuts can be carried out before stopping the machine for unloading.
  • 900 mm roller conveyor for loading.

In addition to the die supplied on delivery (to be stated when ordering) various models dia Ø 6 to dia Ø 24 are available on request.

The cut of dough is carried out by manual control.
All surface in touch with dough are in STAINLESS Steel or TEFLON.
Output can achieve 50 Kg per hour.
Dies are easily interchangeable with the only intervention on two knobs.
The assembling system on the trolley has been studied as to obtain a minimum volume of space in rest position.
In addition to the die supplied on delivery (to be stated when ordering) various models are available by request:

  • Mod. C dia Ø 4 to dia Ø 24. 
  • Mod. B (for biscuits), thickness 3 to 12 mm 
  • Mod. S (for rolled pasta dough) having a thickness 3 to 12 mm.

Output can achieve 25 Kg/h.
Die are easily interchangeable with the only intervention of two knobs.
The machine consists of the following basic units:
Structure: in assembled sheet which supports all the other units.
Die: with interchangeable rollers.
Unloading belt: mobile.
Electric system: it is placed on the panel under the control buttons, it is enclosed in the structure itself of the machine, it encloses the control and power circuits.
