The Fluid System Connectors Division (formerly Legris) of Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies has launched LIQUIfit® – a new range of leak-free, push-in fittings with compact bio-based bodies for use in water and beverage applications.

LIQUIfit’s®body and base are manufactured from a unique bio-based high-performance polyamide which expands Parker’s use of non-fossil based resources. Parker Legris works hard to preserve the environment and this product was developed with the environmental footprint of its lifecycle in mind. For example, the fitting emits an average of five times less CO2 during its lifetime compared to standard products in this market.

Patented technologies for sealing and gripping systems provide optimum performance by preventing pumping effect, offering more secure tube holding and providing a positive seal in both static and dynamic applications.

In addition to the industry-leading sealing and gripping system, Parker’s new range of fittings also offer the most compact profile on the market with an ergonomic and aesthetic design which does not reduce flow capacity.

The LIQUIfit®range is FDA, NSF 51 and 61C-HOT approved, and achieves the highest standards in the water and beverage markets with working temperatures up to 95°C coupled with a high chemical resistance.

Parker Legris production processes include individual quality control and dating for all LIQUIfit® push-in fittings in order to guarantee their quality and traceability.

LIQUIfit®fittings are available in various sizes and shapes. As well as fittings, the new range includes advanced polyethylene tubing, ball valves and check valves.
