sv_thermo_01Orved, a leading company in vacuum packaging and cooking since 1984, with a production that is entirely Made in Italy, has recently designed, in its research and development centre, an innovative sous-vide cooking system the “Orved Cooking System”, characterized by the new generation, Orved Sv-Thermo, thermostatic bath.
Orved SV-Thermo allows you to cook sous-vide, very delicately and at a low temperature, not only one but several products at the same time, measuring the temperature of every single food, precisely at the heart of the product itself, thus guaranteeing the realization of a precise and diversified sous-vide cooking.
Orved’s sous-vide cooking system makes it possible to enjoy many advantages, among which, exalting the quality, taste, flavour, aromas and colours of every product; as well as to guarantee safe and healthy foods reducing the seasoning and fats normally present in traditional cooking by 60 %; to reduce the weight loss of the cooked product, retain the freshness and quality of the foods longer thanks to the use of the Orved cooking bags, which have been certified and resistant to temperatures up to 121°C. They are able to keep every aroma and flavour of the product inside, exalting their taste and nutritional properties.

Thanks to its vacuum preservation and cooking system, Orved has also over the years developed its own quality gastronomy, Orved Grand Gourmet. This is a branch of the Orved company, dedicated to the production of ready-made dishes and recipes created with the sous-vide techniques.
Every Orved Grand Gourmet recipe is characterized by its outstanding qualitative level, its perfect maintenance of aromas, flavours, colours, salts, minerals, vitamins and proteins. Thanks to the sous-vide technology Orved avoids the saturation of fats and every recipe may be perfectly stored at refrigerator temperatures up to 45 days without any additional additives or preservatives of any kind.
