ARBITRAGE

All the disputes and the controversies that can rise from or in relation to Contratto, will be disciplined for the how many possible with negotiations from both PARTS.
If the PARTS do not succeed to arrive to an agreement, all the disputes and the controversies, will have to be resolved second the rules of the International Arbitrateed one of the National and International Chamber of Commerce of Milan from or more wills named in agreement with said norms.
The arbitro/i they pronounce its/decision according to over mentioned rules for which the PARTS they recognize to know and to accept. The arbitrage procedures will have to take place to Milan in Italian language.

The arbitrage decision is definitive and obligatory for all the PARTS.
