Automatic line for the production of cream cheese and processed cheese production line.
Variable capacity from 100 kg to 1500 kg / h.
The melted cheese production line is suitable for the fusion of powder products as “Casein”, and suitable for the casting of processing waste. Possibility of inserting spices and flavors during the cooking step for a perfect incorporation of the ingredients.

Spinner – steam cooker built in stainless steel AISI 316, double-wall tank for steam in the interspace placing at 4 bar.

Full of hopper pump and tubing for connection to the packaging machine.
Processed cheese production line fully prepared for washing in CIP.
